- Mobile number, used to sign you in with a one-time password (OTP).
- Name, delivery addresses and the map location you choose for delivery.
- Orders, payments, refunds, wallet and loyalty points history.
- Device details such as app version and a notification token, used to send order updates.
- Live location of delivery partners while they are on duty, so customers can track their order.
How we use it
- To take, pack, deliver and support your orders.
- To check whether we deliver to your area and show the right store, prices and delivery charges.
- To send order status updates, OTPs and, if you allow notifications, offers.
- To prevent fraud and meet our legal and tax obligations (invoices, GST records).
Location
The customer app asks for your location to check delivery availability and to help you pin your address. You can deny the permission and enter your address manually.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with:
- Our delivery partners (your name, phone number and delivery address for your order).
- Payment gateways that process online payments. We never store your card or UPI PIN.
- Service providers that host our servers, send SMS/OTP and push notifications.
- Government authorities when required by law.
Data retention and security
We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax laws require. Data is stored on secured servers and access is limited to authorised staff.

You can update your profile and addresses in the app. To delete your account or get a copy of your data, contact us using the details below.
