These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the Krishna Bazar apps and website to buy products from Krishna Bazar. By placing an order you agree to them.
Account
- You sign in with your mobile number and an OTP. Keep your phone and OTPs private.
- You are responsible for all orders placed from your account.
Delivery area
We currently deliver only within our service areas in and around Korba. Availability, delivery charges and slots are shown in the app before you pay.
Prices and products
- Prices include GST unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.
- Product images are for reference; packaging may differ.
- We may limit quantities, and an item can occasionally go out of stock after you order. In that case we will remove it and refund you for it.
Orders and payment
- You can pay online, with cash or UPI on delivery, or at the counter for store pickup, as offered in the app.
- An order is confirmed once the store accepts it. We may cancel orders that look fraudulent, cannot be delivered, or have pricing errors, with a full refund of any amount paid.
Delivery and handover
- Share the delivery OTP only with our delivery partner at your door or with the counter staff at pickup.
- Please check the items at the time of delivery.
Coupons, wallet and loyalty points
Coupons, wallet balance and loyalty points have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are subject to the conditions shown in the app.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Korba, Chhattisgarh have jurisdiction.
